Sarah Lenza (she/they) is a film and theater artist raised in the mystical PNW.
She is drawn to stories that explore intimacy, personal identity, moral dilemmas, and the complexities of connection. Whether playing a tender partner, a sharp-witted historical figure, or an innocent with a dark secret, Sarah brings warmth, vulnerability, and expressive emotional range to her work.
Sarah has trained under SoHo Shakespeare Company's Jesse Friedman and Alex Pepperman as well as with director Jaclyn Biskup and studied at the University of Washington School of Drama.

As a director, Sarah enjoys playing where mediums and genres meet in unexpected ways (i.e. mockumentary). She has worked in film and television production for Universal, NBC, and CNN among others.
In addition to film, Sarah is passionate about learning languages, dancing, and traveling the world.
She is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
